These rugged heavy-duty cases
provide a safe, economical way to ship valuable electronic devices,
personal computers and peripherals, cameras, video equipment and
other sensitive equipment. A variety of sizes provides dimensions
for every need.
Each Shipping Container comes
with either a 2" foam lined interior or a multi-layered full
foam interior. Foam layers cut easily to fit your equipment using
an enclosed cutting knife. Custom foam interiors are available
in quantities of 25 or more. The 2 lb/cuft foam absorbs shock
and supports weights of 250 lbs. per square foot.
The exterior of a Shipping
Case has a permanent white finish that withstands temperature
variations of –180° F to 180° F, is resistant to solvents,
and will not blister or peel. These cases meet ATA spec 300, but
are only watertight, not waterproof. Other features include strong
male/female closures with quarter-turn, military-style latches,
rubber gaskets to seal out dirt and moisture, full-length heavy-duty
piano hinges, and spring-loaded steel handles. Anodized hardware
resists corrosion. All cases can be pad locked. Some cases have
a take-off lid, or recessed heavy-duty ball-bearing rubber wheels.
The addition of detachable caster wheels is another option for
most models. Each wheel supports 70 to 75 pounds. Shipping Case/Containers
are made in the U.S.A. and carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
